Food Allergies and Intolerances

Food allergies or food intolerances afect nearly everyone at some point. The reactions vary, some people may have a worse reaction to a certain food than others. They key is to avoid foods that your body reacts to. This also includes making your house free of these foods. For example if you are allergic to gluten, it is important to make your house a gluten free environment because even the smallest crumb can cause a very painful reaction.

  1. Hey, I think that you are right about living in an allergen free environment. I don't have a minor or serious allergy but I know someone who does. Did you get inspired by this blog from yourself or someone you know?

    1. Hey, I have been inspired by someone close to me. They have inspired me to inform others on different allergies. Even if you do not have an allergy, making yourself an allegen free environment is not a bad idea. I Hope to hear from you again!

  2. I am currently living in a "some-what" gluten free environment, but not because of an allergy. My family just decided they wanted to start being gluten free as a healthy lifestyle choice. Do you eat gluten free?

  3. I think that is a great idea! I live 90% gluten free, and feel more energetic! Has anything changed since you have started eating gluten free? Let me know, thank you.

  4. I haven't seen a change yet, but I think that once I start to become more and more gluten free I will definitely feel different. I am probably only 40% gluten free but my household is slowly getting to be more and more gluten free!
